Orders

 

VAS does not accept returns of their products. 

In case of malfunction VAS will make the necessary repairs and give full technical support in their facilities, with no extra costs associated.

 

In case of necessary repair of a product the shipping of the piece to VAS is the responsibility of the client. 

VAS is responsible, after the repair, to send the piece back to the client.

 

Payment shall be made via Paypal or Bank transfer. 

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell.

 

We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. 

 

 

 

Products and Prices

 

All our products have a general warranty of 1 year.

 

All prices listed exclude VAT. 

 

The item prices to be paid will be those published on this website on the date on which the order is made, excluding VAT, and excluding shipping charges or others, like customs.

 

VAS reserves the right to change its prices and shipping charges at any time and cancel the contract if there are any typing, printing or calculation errors.

 

VAS reserves the right to change the conditions for the marketing of the products featured.

 

Payment must be made at the time the order is made, prefered by Bank transfer or Paypal.

 

 

 

 

Typing Errors

 

If a listed product on our website as an incorrect price or information, we reserve ourselves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for those products incorrectly priced. 

 

We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been charged. 

 

If your payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your Paypal account or your Bank account in the amount of the charge. 

 

 

 

 

Product Availability

 

We cannot guarantee product availability for immediate delivery. 

 

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products.

 

 

 

Delivery

 

Always check at the time of delivery of our products if there are some damages caused by carrier.

 

If, on delivery, you find some damage to the products ordered you shall immediately report in writing to the carrier and give us knowledge within 3 business days.
